Millennial Women Push Progress in the Workplace [INFOGRAPHIC] Are women paid less for the same work? The data says yes. Im not going to argue with it. But I did have to admit to myself at one point in my past that the salary inequality I faced was  actually the result of my notoriously poor negotiation skills. As a result, I approached this infographic with minimal interest, thinking Yeah, yeah, Ive heard all that before. But I was pleasantly surprised by its content, focusing on how millennial women are advancing progress in the areas of equal salaries and growing high profile opportunities for women.
